As a hospital CEO, her reproducible methodology resulted in great success in the RAC demonstration project and led to multiple publications and speaking engagements to help other organizations design systems for quality and physician engagement.
Ms. Lamkin holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and a B.A. in Business Administration, University of South Carolina, Columbia, SC.

She is recognized for her work with physicians, boards and senior teams to improve performance, enhance market position and drive strategic business growt
Judy draws on nearly 30 years of experience, specializing in strategic planning, business development and growth strategies for healthcare providers and emerging health care companies. She is recognized for her work with physicians, boards and senior teams to improve performance, enhance market position and drive strategic business growth. Her clients include a wide range of hospital systems and healthcare organizations in both the not-for-profit and investor-owned sectors. Prior to consulting, Judy served in senior leadership roles with Kindred Healthcare, Tenet Healthcare and Egleston Children’s Health Care System.
Judy holds a MHA from University of Michigan and a BS from Boston University. She also has served as Board Chairman and a member of the Board of Trustees for several non-profit organizations in Tampa Bay.
